Do I need programming skills?
No. Texts, images, colors, prices, amenities and other content can be edited without code in the browser — including on your smartphone while on the go.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. An existing or newly registered domain can be used for your RentalPage Studio website. We support you with the technical connection and can also set up the appropriate domain on request.
Can I offer commission-free direct bookings?
Yes. You can embed the booking widget from your existing system, link to an external booking flow or receive inquiries directly by email. RentalPage Studio charges no commission and no transaction fee on your bookings.
Which booking systems and channel managers are supported?
RentalPage Studio is prepared for Smoobu, Lodgify, Iloca, DIRS21, webplanner and CalendarApp, among others. Widgets or booking links provide live data from the respective provider. Alternatively, an iCal link synchronizes occupancy; prices and complete booking data are not transferred via iCal.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. With the “Multiple properties” premium add-on, you can manage up to 12 vacation apartments or holiday homes centrally. Each property gets its own detail page, gallery, amenities, booking option and separate availability calendar. For larger portfolios, we will prepare a custom quote.
What is included in the 30-day trial?
You can test the full website subscription for one property, including subdomain, hosting, SSL, editor and the core technical features. Premium add-ons can be activated separately if needed. No credit card is required to start.
Can I add the setup service later?
Yes. The setup service is optional and can be added at any time after you start.
How can my vacation rental become easier to find on Google?
RentalPage Studio provides fast load times, mobile display, editable SEO titles and meta descriptions, plus structured data based on Schema.org. With the optional blog, you can also publish relevant content and local tips regularly.
Does the website work well on smartphones too?
Yes. The public website and editor are optimized for smartphones, tablets and desktop devices. Guests can browse and book while you can update content on the go.
Are the legal notice and privacy policy generated automatically?
Yes. RentalPage Studio automatically generates the legal notice and privacy page from your stored company, contact and integration details. You should review the content before publication and seek professional review for special legal requirements; automatic generation does not replace legal advice.
Is the website technically prepared for data protection?
Yes. Maps load only after consent, external tracking cookies are not required for operation, and locally hosted fonts avoid unnecessary third-party requests. The information required in each case still depends on the services you use and your business.
What happens with technical updates or if I need help?
Hosting, SSL and technical updates are included in the website subscription. Email support is available for questions; more extensive setup or individual customizations can be commissioned separately.
What do I need to get started?
Helpful materials include good photos, descriptive texts, amenities, prices or pricing information, house rules, location information, host details and the information from your booking system. Company and contact details are also needed for the legal notice and privacy policy. Texts and amenities can partly be prepared via AI JSON import.
What happens after cancellation?
The subscription can be canceled monthly. You can download your content as a JSON file and reuse it in another system. On request, we can also provide the media directory with all uploaded images in WebP format for a cost contribution of EUR 60.
